 Edward P. "Ned" O’Connor, JR, SIOR
Ned O’Connor Jr. serves as president of Waterford Property Company, LLC and has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked with a variety of prestigious clients and participated in the sale of commercial buildings valued in excess of $300 million. He is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions and is actively involved in a variety of civic organizations. |
 Chuck Connealy, SIOR, CCIM
Chuck Connealy is a principal of Waterford Property Company, LLC, and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1995, participating in over 320 transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $218 million. He was named the 1996 Rookie Salesperson of the Year and the 2005 Salesperson of the Year by the Kansas City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and is a past board member for the Kansas City CCIM Chapter, and a former chair for the SIOR Develoment Day. |
 Jane Shelley, CPM
Jane Shelley has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience with specialization in property management. She has lead property management teams responsible for over 11 million square feet of office space. Additionally, she supervised new account transition teams including coordinating new staffing, operations and process mapping for five new clients totaling over 1.2 million square feet of space. Jane also develops and implements formal customer service surveying programs and measurement plans to gauge customer service satisfaction and metrics. |
 Deborah "Debby" Hoskins - Office Manager
As office manager, Debby Hoskins brings years of experience to Waterford Property Company, LLC. A nine-year Navy veteran with a journalistic background, Debby has also served as a technical writer for Sprint PCS, provided faculty support and marketing assistance for the University of Phoenix’s Hawaii campus and Southern California campus and been a SIOR Development Day conference coordinator. She is both a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed notary public. |
 Bob Cattanach, SIOR, CCIM
Assists landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Keenly focused on the goals of existing and new clients. Recently completed 11 years as managing partner and director of leasing for the Corporate Woods suburban office park, 2.2million square feet in 20 buildings on 294 acres. Licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Past president of the 10,000-member Kansas City area realtor association; and recipient of two commercial realtor of the year awards. |
